Working principle:

This safety valve is a pressure online adjustable self-control valve with an open pressure range tick line. The on-site can adjust the demand take-off pressure value according to different working conditions. By adjusting the adjustment cover compression spring to calibrate a specific pressure, the calibration pressure is the maximum safety pressure value set to avoid damage to the pipeline equipment. When the pipeline pressure is greater than the safety valve calibration pressure, the valve seat automatically pops up in the piping system. The pressure is released to protect the pipeline and equipment.

Working principle, the pressure can be adjustable or fixed 

When the positive pressure value in the container is greater than the set pressure value of the positive pressure spring of the valve, the valve automatically opens to exhaust the outside of the container. When the positive pressure value in the container is lower than the set pressure value of the positive pressure spring of the valve, the valve is closed; When the vacuum negative pressure value generated in the container is greater than the negative pressure value set by the valve, the valve will automatically open and inhale into the container. When the vacuum negative pressure value in the container is lower than the negative pressure value set by the valve, the valve is closed. The breathing valve can realize the double action of the call and the suction, effectively protecting the safety of the system of the container and the pipeline.
