Stainless steel bellows sections have ISO-KF flanges on each end and can be extended and bent to custom lengths and angles for flexible vacuum connections.
The International Standards Organization (ISO) has defined the interface dimensions, allowing the interchanging of components that conform to the ISO-KF standard’s dimensions. The ISO-KF system is a modular, building block method of creating a vacuum piping system. There are several advantages in the use of ISO components. Since component dimensions are standardized, elbows, tees, crosses or valves for a given size may be interchanged. The flanges are ''sexless'' and the seal is symmetrical, so that the components are rotatable. By using ISO components, system assembly is quick and cost effective. The Series 31 component line also includes a few components in NW 80 (3'') and NW 100 (4'') sizes.
We supply stainless steel vacuum pipe fittings of KF, CF and ISO LF standard, including clamp, centering, bracket, vacuum ferrule, end cap, reducer, elbow, tee, cross, bellow, hose barb, female and male adapters. Variable sizes are optional.
1. Material: stainless steel or aluminun
2. Size: KF-10 to KF-50
3. Customized length is available
These are vacuum fittings which mainly used to build foreline vacuum plumbing and process systems. The vacuum fittings are called quick flange fittings as well because they are quick to assemble. A circumferential clamp and centering ring form the vacuum seal between the connecting flanges. The centering ring contains a rubber elastomer o-ring. The standard sizes for quick flange fittings are KF-10, KF-16, KF-25, KF-40, and KF-50 with flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25, NW-40, and NW-50.
